Millington, TN - June 28, 2012) As the Dixie House Cafe' draws ever so close, it's time to plan your entire weekend. With a delayed start on Friday and Saturday, racers are given the opportunity to enjoy Memphis and neighboring attractions such as Beale Street, Tunica, and more. The revised schedule will give racers an opportunity to travel on Friday morning and get to work that afternoon. Not to mention, after the race, take advantage of our close proximately to Memphis and Tunica while you get to enjoy Saturday morning coffee before going to work in the afternoon. No other changes to the event.

"After getting together with the Director of Operations, Paul Cartwright, we determined the delayed start would allow for a much more relaxed weekend of racing. The racers will have opportunity to enjoy surrounding attractions as well as not be racing during the heat of the day" said Promoter, Danny Sons. Dale Simon and Chris Baker also went on to compliment the time change on both Friday and Saturday. Gates will open at 10 a.m. on both days with time trials beginning at 2 p.m. Sunday will remain the same with gates opening at 8 a.m.
